Key Actions Area

Skill Development & Workshops

  • Conduct regular sessions in drawing, painting, origami, sculpture, DIY crafts, and more.
  • Host guest workshops by local artists, alumni, or professionals.
  • Explore diverse art mediums—watercolor, acrylics, clay, recycled materials.
  • Teach basics of design, color theory, proportions, and visual storytelling.

Projects & Exhibitions

  • Organize in-campus art exhibitions and gallery walks.
  • Decorate college premises with themed murals, seasonal boards, and installations.
  • Participate in inter-college competitions and online art challenges.
  • Engage in community projects like beautifying public walls or common areas.

Promotion & Outreach

  • Showcase student artwork on social media (Instagram, Pinterest) or a dedicated blog.
  • Post behind-the-scenes videos, art tutorials, or time-lapse reels.
  • Invite non-members to participate through open competitions or art days.

Club Operations & Resources

  • Assign key responsibilities: President, Workshop Lead, Materials Coordinator, PR Head, etc.
  • Maintain inventory of art supplies and manage periodic restocking.
  • Use shared folders (Google Drive) for digital artworks and references.
  • Plan budgeting, sponsorships, and fundraising efforts for workshops and events.

Team Culture & Engagement

  • Organize fun challenges—7-Day Sketch, Upcycled Art, Color Splash, etc.
  • Celebrate contributions through titles like "Artist of the Month" or "Creative Spark".
  • Host bonding activities like museum visits, art games, or team mural projects.
  • Foster a collaborative spirit through group art installations and seasonal decorations.
