Mr. Ramakanta Sahoo(HOD, Assistant Professor)  MBA (Marketing and HR),BPUT, M.A (ENGLISH), Ravenshaw University, Cuttack.
He has 10 years of teaching experiences both in UG and PG which includes Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Industrial Relations, Organisational Behaviour, Business Communications etc. as well as 3 years out of state industry experiences. He has completed post graduate in English from Revenshaw University Cuttack as well as Master in Business Administration (MBA) from BijuPattanaik University Odisha.

His area of specialisation includes Marketing Management, Human Resource Management and Linguistics. He designs environments for students to have meaningful learning experiences and has named this method as postpedagogy.He has attended and presented paper about 60 National and International seminars, Webinars, Conferences and workshops organized by IIM, XIMB, AICTE, IBS, DU, TOEFL, SPIU, TEQIP-III, KIIT etc.

He has also published and presented 06 papers in different journals like AMJ, IJB, IJRAR etc. Recently he has published a paper titled "Consumer Cynicism towards online shopping in Rural Areas, A Study" in the journal IJRAR.

Ms.Sasmita Pradhan (Assistant Professor )  MA IN ENGLISH (UTKAL UNIVERSITY,BHUBANESWAR)
Her area of specialisation is Linguistics . She has 7years of experience in teaching communicative English, Business communication and soft skills. She teaches freshmen and senior students and also conducts lab session. Attended numerous seminars and conferences in her field of teaching.. published paper on English For Engineers: Meeting the needs for English language Training.

Dr.Arati Mahapatra (Assistant Professor )  PhD (Utkal University, odisha)
Her area of specialisations are Indian literature and American literature. She has 15 years of  experience in teaching communicative English, Business communication and organising soft skill training classes as well as  grooming the senior students, making them ready for placements.

Mr.Deepak Ranjan  Praharaj(Assistant Professor )  M.B.A (SOA University, odisha)
He has 4 years of experiences in teaching Economics, Financial derivatives, Costing  and Marketing. He has continuously attend different seminars and conferences conducted in Utkal university , SOA university and Ravenshaw University during 2013 to 2017.
