Member Development
- Weekly rehearsals to enhance group coordination and musical harmony

- Mentorship by senior or experienced members for newcomers
- Encouragement for original compositions and creative arrangements
Performances & Events
- Monthly jam sessions, open mic nights, and informal showcases
- Performances at college fests, community events, and inter-college competitions
- Annual flagship event: TITE Music Fest featuring in-house and guest performances
- Collaborative events with other clubs (e.g., Drama, Dance) for fusion acts
Promotion & Outreach
- Active social media handles for updates, live clips, and event promotions
- Audio/video recordings uploaded to platforms like YouTube and Spotify
- Eye-catching posters and flyers for internal and external promotions

Operations & Logistics
- Structured club leadership: President, VP, Music Director, Treasurer, PR Head
