At TempleCity Institute of Technology & Engineering (TITE), Taraboi, Khordha, we believe that a conducive academic environment is built on trust, mutual respect, and timely redressal of concerns. In accordance with the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) Redressal of Grievance of Students Regulations, 2019 [F. No. 1-101/PGRC/AICTE/Regulation dated 07.11.2019], the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted to address grievances and complaints raised by students in a fair, impartial, and transparent manner.
To create a responsive and accountable mechanism for redressal of student grievances.
To ensure that no student is deprived of justice.
To maintain harmony and a positive academic environment across campus.
To resolve issues related to academics, infrastructure, evaluation, facilities, discipline, and other student-related matters.
The GRC comprises senior faculty members and student representatives to ensure balanced and unbiased resolutions.

Monitoring of faculty and class schedules to improve academic consistency.
Immediate audit of transport fee records.
Implementation of fixed hostel meal timings and enforcement of discipline.
Revamp of placement activities and upcoming campus recruitment drive.
The committee meets as and when required to discuss and resolve any grievances submitted by students.
Students may submit their grievances in writing or via email to the Convener at gcn@tite.ac.in. Anonymous complaints will not be entertained unless they contain substantial evidence.
