Mr. Satya Prakash Rout , (HOD) PhD(Cont...), ( M.Tech )
He has 10 Years of Teaching Experience and 1 year of Industrial Experience in Honeywell Technology Solution Private Limited. He has published a paper in IEEE Conference (11th ICCCNT 2020) held in IIT Kharagpur (Published) and one accepted in IEEE Conference (CONITII -2020), University of Colombia (Universidad Católica de Colombia), Bogota, Colombia. He has also published various research articles in various National and International Journals like IEEE, Springer etc. He is also the reviewer member of IEEE Access, Netherland and many other International Scopus and SCI / ESCI based Journals across the globe. He has reviewed around 25 papers till now. He is also the Editorial board members of various national and international journals (SCOPUS, SCI & ESCI Based Journals). He has 2 Patents in his name on the area of Image Processing and IoT He got nominated and selected for "Young Scientist Award" in the International Awards in Engineering, Science and Medicine 2020 by VDGOOD Professional Association, Chennai, India and also conferred with "Distinguished Assistant Professor Award" in the International Education and Summit Award 2020 (IESA 2020) at Bangkok, Thailand. He is also a member of IEEE, IEEE Young Professional, IAENG, Hong Kong and IEI, Kolkata. His area of research is 6G Wireless Technology, Massive MIMO, and 5G. He had Coordinated and Organized TEQIP-III Sponsored (BPUT) National Level Inter College Project Competition- PRAYAS in association with VTU, Belagavi and AKU, Patna with a sanctioned amount of Rs 1, 97,500 (World Bank Project)

Mr. Suvrakanta Pal (Assistant Professor ) ( M.Tech )
He has 13 years teaching experience and 2 years industry experience.He has acquired wide knowledge and experience about Analog Electronics Circuit, Analog Communication, Electromagnetic Theory, High Frequency Engineering, Communication Engineering etc. in attending various International workshop and conferences at the reputed Institutes like IIM Bangalore, IIT Roorkee, International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN), Bangalore etc.

Mr. Suryanarayan Sahoo (Assistant Professor ) ( M.Tech )
Suryanarayan Sahoo received his B.E. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Communication Engineering from BPUT, India, the MTech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and continuing Ph.D. at NIT Jamshedpur. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Templecity Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar, India since November 2021. He has more than 19 years of teaching experience. He has published 4 international journals. His research interests include the performance analysis of advanced wireless communication systems over various fading channels.

Mr. Samar Mohan Mohanty (Assistant Professor ) ( M.Tech )
Samar Mohan Mohanty, completed his M.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering From BPUT, India. Then joined in National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) as project associate in “Indian Participation in the ALICE experiment at CERN” for 2 years. Then joined as Lecturer in Templecity Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar in the month of September 2024.He has also done short term course on VLSI Design and Advance Electronics Lab at Central Tool Room &Training Centre Bhubaneswar.

Mr. Biswaranjan Pattnaik (Assistant Professor)(M.Tech)
He has completed his M.Tech from IIT, KGP and B.E from OEC, BBSR besides this he has got 8 years of teaching experience in reputed engineering colleges at Odisha.

Mr.Barada Prasad Sahoo (Assistant Professor)(M.Tech)
He has completed his M.Tech from CEB, BBSR and B.Tech from GIET, Gunupur besides this he has got 4 years of teaching experience in reputed engineering colleges.

Mr. Prasanna Kumar Sahoo(Assistant Professor) (M.Tech)
Mr. Prasanna Kumar Sahoo working as Assistant Professor in Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering of Temple City Institute of Technology & Engineering, Khurda under BPUT, Odisha. He has 18 years of teaching experience both at B.Tech & Diploma level. His major areas of interest include communication Engineering, Design & development of user friendly industrial products by combining technical & creative skills. He has also guided many final year projects.
